DXpedition II Model of FES with Dual Band 80/160 meter pre-amp. Complete Transceiver Protection + Receive antenna switching!! Works with Transceivers with no RX input like the icom 706. Variable gain 80/160 meter pre-amp with adjustable gain from 0 dB to approximately 23 dB. Tuned input and output provides great selectivity to reduce BC station overloading. Contains “Soft keying” circuitry with Linear Amplifier keying Relay. Four selectable receive antenna inputs plus capability of RX or TX antenna for receive. Compatible with both QSK and non-QSK amplifiers. Ideal for home or Dxpedition use. Now includes a solid state amplifier switch!
Note, this keying circuit will not work with amplifiers that have negative voltage keying circuits like the Heathkit SB200 or Yaesu FL2100-B or Collins 30L-1
